that was a nice vidoe. i enjoyed it wathcing it. i know how hard its to lose weight after having a baby. i have been batteling the bulge since. it took me four years to lose the baby weight. some of the pounds have crept back on so im working hard to get the pounds that crept back on. its hard to lose the weight and even harder to keep it off. so good luck and keep up the healthy lifestyle.
Beautiful! I have 4 kids, too...I'm a new 36..gained 60 pounds with each baby and topped out at 220 with my last baby in 2001. One year after he was born, I began jogging and eating all low fat and turned into a vegan..I nw weigh 130 at 5'8" and I'm a size 4/6 as well. Your video was bravely added for all to see and you deserve a HUGE HUG! You look MUCH MUCH younger than you are. Way to go GIRL! :)
