hey, i lived near meadow street a few years earlier than this and used to attempt to skateboard down the footbridge @ 4:55 - never did make it all the way from top to bottom. . . . . might go back there and try again now i'm 44 i should be fitter, braver and more carefree (Yeah, right ! ) - great vid, thanks
Wow the closed downed Tradex used to be Sainsburys, the area where the courts are now looks so different! How common are the camera people though haha.

That is great. It's nice that you filmed Preston back then. What made you do it. I wish there were more of the town centre. Shame the picture is pixelated so much. Was it a conscious decision to keep the footage for posterity at the time? Well done

A Preston bus Leyland Atlantean is also shown. These have recently vanished from the streets of Preston too.
