@topro4u hi,its not a text, its a missed call, i have the same 900 and i found out about that. just go into the message icon, luk for any missed calls meanwhile luking at the left side if the little phone thing is yellow, green, blue or faded. the yellow 1 means its a missed call. press on it, then press escape, luk at the top where the message icon is and u will c that 1 has been read ok, hoped i helped.

The phone you are using is probable an unlock phone from a different carrier that the one you are using it with. you can try changing the network preference under the network connection setting. If this does not work, there may be an issue with the internal antenna on the phone.
