  • Though this dietician is well intentioned, her advice is based on science which is outdated. The latest research has vindicated fat. The high rates of heart disease and diabetes are not the result of a high saturated fat diet, but of a high carbohydrate diet. Saturated fat, in the absence of a high carbohydrate load is innocuous, and maybe beneficial. So keep the coconut oil, gee, chicken (with skin), beef, and lose the rice, naan, and roti, while increasing green NON - STARCHY vegetables.

  • @alphacause then why cultures that eats nearly exclusively carbohydrates are the longest living with almost no obesity?
