I have never seen an above ground dyno like that. Well, I take that back. Does anyone remember when NASCAR had a dyno built into a semi-trailer to drag around the country. LMFAO The teams could build engines that would last 600 miles at 9000 rpm. Put them on that dyno and the engine would blow before it made it into 4th gear. Owners and engine builder crying about there rigged engines blowing. That didn't last long. NASCAR should have seen it coming.
