Actually, it was light years more than awesome. I've seen R.E.M. ten times, from their first show at The Pier in Raleigh to this show. This was definitely R.E.M. at the top of their form. An absolute flawless show.
This was the highlight of the show for me. To see Johnny Marr, a legend of rock and roll, playing next to a legendary band like REM was unforgettable.
