OHH not a jag, thouse are worth money I dont care how bad a shape its in even if some of it is rusting out, you can usualy do lots of work and fix one up, Second people in the states love their cars most of us, we rip every single part out of a car before it is scraped if we do, wheels tail lights, and sometimes knobs and espacaily the engine
what a WASTE.. why are so many cars in the U.K scrapped like that (ive noticed a great deal of them even run and drive yet). Here in the U.S we have ugly cars... and people hold onto them forever. What a shame.

was the car damaged by the careless manics

This does seem like a big waste, There were most likely a lot of parts that were worth more whole than as shreds

Older cars here in the UK are virtually worthless, so eventually it's more expensive to repair a car than to replace it.
smiffy1071 2 years ago
just wonering why does a car need to be dropped like that first?
can the car not just simply be put in a crusher?
canadiancatgreen 4 years ago
Why not? It doesn't hurt anything?
PaulyCracker 4 years ago
looks to me like the car was damaged by it

Replaced it. I'm sure it's day at the scrap yard will come, but not today.
Who'd have thought people were so concerned about a car they've only seed a blurry picture of!

Your car? Goody bye carn't even remember what the hell it was mondeo, er fiesta, er audi tt er...
cheddarbob111 4 years ago
It wasn't my car, and on that day both an Audi and Mondeo were going to be scrapped, hence the confusion. Thanks for your concern.
mpaxtonabcd 4 years ago
Sad Audis and Mondeos are poorly built cars.
They look less than 25 years old
canadiancatgreen 4 years ago
Why is this scrapworthy? These are still worth a reasonable amount on the used market in the UK.

Quite a waste of a good Audi really...

Not without an engine that works though.
mpaxtonabcd 4 years ago
The Audi 80 coupes are quite sought after. Even without a working engine, I'm sure it would have found a buyer who'd pay more for it.
eccIefechan 4 years ago
Holy crap!!! That was a perfectly good Audi!!!
The Brits have gone mad
