Just FYI, sentencing guidelines are exactly that, guidelines. They are not law and they do not prevent the judge from handing down the maximum sentence, even though there may be no prior criminal prosecutions. Also, if you make a plea agreement, there is nothing binding in that either. They can say they'll let you off with probation, after you plead guilty, and then give you the maximum sentence, if they want to. In short, the deck is stacked; the game is rigged.
What I said in the video is literally the judge told me. Besides that, my public defender at my arraignment said "legally all they can give you is six months supervision."
