This happened quite afew years ago but at a shoping center in a underground carpark a little honda civic parked behind my mothers car and we couldnt get out no driver around so called my dad and he bought over his h2 hummer and set up a toe rope and draged the car out of the way the cars E brake was on the tires weant rolling it just got draged out of the way my dad was nice enough tho to put the car in the middle of the road till it got toed away
@fantasy4evr: double-parking is problematic in all cities everywhere but based upon my observations riding my bicycle, in chinese commercial areas the chinese must think it's their gawd-given right to double park cause I've seen them arguing with the POLICE when the POLICE tell them to move it.
Oh and it ain't much better in residential neighborhoods where I've seen chinese doubleparking causing terrible traffic congestion CAUSED BY THEIR DOUBLE PARKING.

Oh and as I can see while I ride my bicycle how double-parking REALLY FUCKS UP TRAFFIC FLOW I N-E-V-E-R double-park UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
I actually belong to the school of thought that ALL double-parkers should be pulled from their cars and have the fucking shit beaten out of them and their cars impounded.
@fantasy4evr Actually, I don't double park. It's both illegal, dangerous, and annoying to vehicle traffic. Stop playing the race card, it's not working. Double-parking is illegal for EVERYONE.
I use to work at 9th & Washington and I would try to kill myself if I mistakenly took 9th Street down to pick up my kids. There is a culture center and everybody double and triple parks! One man was across the street and waved for his grandkids to run across the street to get in the car! Across traffic!!!!! ARGGGGG!!!!!
OMFG. there's WAY worse things in Oakland than double parking. China Town is ALWAYS hard to park in. SF or Oakland. Ride a bike and spit on their windshield as you pass if you hate it so much. it's NOT news.
