The problem with 90's Whitney she never rested her voice touring like crazy! 80's Whitney too. Even the late Minnie rested that instrument and never toured as much as Nippy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Whitney when she rest came out voice was as high and agile as Minnie, but this what touring does too along with just personal issues.
