Yeah I have, but that was back in 2000. Didn't like the place much cause the way the monorail system was set up...far too small and cramped considering all the people that used the place. I hope it's changed for the better now.

This clip only show parts of the duty free shopping area leading to the departure lounges. I am not able to recall the terminal building number to which this clip was taken. Anyhow enjoy your trip to Japan.

The video tells much less than the whole story.....this video was taken in the evening when all the Hawaii flights depart so it seems more alive than normal. The reality? Narita airport has the atmosphere of a bank; sterile and lifeless. Ive been flying in and out of this place for the last 20 years and you can give me any major European hub in exchange any day....
