do you have to be a flyer? the easiest bet is being a frontspot if you've never stunted before. look up some videos on how to frontspot. should help.

am i the only one who thinks cheerleaders are failed dancers? this isn't meant to be offensive but i honestly don't understand cheerleading. the movements are awkward and simple, and while i think there is great agility in lifts i just don't understand the choreography.

@cchellzz cheerleading motions aren't meant to resemble or mimic "dance" choreography. cheerleading centers around cleanliness and execution. however, many cheerleading motions are not any more simple than dancing. they're just different styles. cheerleading is meant to be sharp and definitive, rather than fluid. executing clean, tight motions actually proves to be quite difficult.

Its a cute dance for the year it was done. But my only thing is... And I watched 2008s dance to which I like better... But in both you pause too much. I'm a coach and have cheered for many years myself. The pauses make it look really slow. Now days dances are faster have multiple layers etc. I know this very well I make up my whole routines from scratch. But again people looking at this now must take into consideration that this done in 2009! But it is cute. Nice job ladies
