  • maybe that my imagination, but are you whipped sour cream at the end of the video??? And how you make your cheese cake so yellow, I tried 2 times and I wouldn't reach that strong yellow color. What is the secret??

  • @tavit111 Just beat the sour cream with the sugar and the vanilla, at the end. The yellow colour is due to the cooked eggs!

  • @yellowsaffron ok, but do I prepare eggs wrong trying to whip whits with sugar and then I'm adding egg yolks?

  • @tavit111 There's no need to separate egg whites from egg yolks, just combine the eggs with the sugar, the cream cheese, the corn starch and the heavy cream and blend them together

  • what's the name of the background music? can you give me?

  • @fozzyfloww It has no name, it's the YellowSaffron music!

  • @yellowsaffron okay..very nice :) and I love all of your recipe..I'm Malay actually

  • Dumb question....what is the difference between New York Cheesecake and regular Cheesecake? Or are they the same but with different names like coriander and cilantro?

  • @magickalcat83 Cheesecake is a generic term, whereas the New York cheesecake is a specific recipe (it's taller, firm, with a sour cream topping, etc...)

  • can I use marie biscuits?

  • @EvanC0912 Yes!

  • It looks great but the other videos have also metric sistem in the video.I don't know these measurements and i try to convert them on the internet but they sound so wrong. Can anybody help me?

  • @GoodbyeKitty05 Here's the amounts!

    Graham crackers 250 g

    Sour cream 200 ml

    Butter 150 g

    Heavy cream 100 ml

    Philadelphia cream cheese 600 g

    Corn starch 20 g

    Sugar 100 g

  • @yellowsaffron Thank you so much for your answer! I really wasn't expecting to get an answer.Thank you! I will do the cheesecake as soon as posible.Keep up the good work :D

  • @GoodbyeKitty05 It's a pleasure... if you have a look at our channel you'll find many more dessert recipes, and not only!!

  • idont want lemon can i replce it with water?

  • @makarim1 You can omit it or, if you still want a slightly acidic flavour, replace with a little yogurt

  • @makarim1

without lemon, it wont taste like cheese cake... the cheese in cheesecake is fresh because of the lemon

  • oh never mind i put that comment on before the vid was over

  • can u make a vid on how to make a plain cheesecake with just the white and brown on bottem plz

  • omg y dont u just buy the whole store

  • ive got lost of how you were suppose to put in. DO STEP BY STEP!!! SHOW THE STEPS. gosh. :)

  • delicious

  • i made this ny cheesecake and i have to say it is fantastic. i have never made a cheesecake before and this one was a success! really it was so tasty and creamy and yummy and so much different than all the other recipes where you don't bake your cheesecake.

  • Do these people have shares in the tablespoon industry or something?

  • Daammnnn, she made me hungry and it looks sooo yummmy... mmmm... :)

  • mmmmmm looks soooo good!!

  • i'm italian, and it's true the narrator doesn't speak well. It's difficult to understand. :D

  • May I use 14oz of heavy cream instead of 7oz of heavy cream + 7oz of sour cream? or should I just skip the sour cream?

  • @diego9191 Since the sour cream is needed only for the topping, you can skip it and substitute perhaps with jam

  • @LesiLovesYou It's also called double cream

  • Me and my sister are making the cake hop it tastes as good as it looks like.. :)

  • :d :q

  • Now I know to make a cheese cake you don't actually need to add cheese lol...

  • @twdarj Well, philadelphia cheese...

  • @twdarj You use cream cheese, but there are recipes that use other types of soft/fresh cheese as well. So yes, you do need cheese.

  • @LaceHearts This is what I have been wondering cheese cake without any cheese, thanks for the info, I'll try next time.

  • Can u make it without lemon?\

  • @UltimaWeapon095 Yes, if you prefer so

  • @yellowsaffron Thanks ^ ^

  • @UltimaWeapon095 The lemon helps with making it fuffy just sayin.

  • DIGESTIVE BISCUITS!!!! REPRESEENT :D

  • @0:45 two tablespoons of pornstarch

  • I dont have cane sugar. Can I use brown sugar instead?

  • @Kathyle207 Yes you can, but it will be a bit sweeter

  • @yellowsaffron yay. thanks. I probably would reduce the amount of sugar then. How much of brown sugar would you suggest?

  • @Kathyle207 It's better not to reduce the amount of sugar or the base won't be solid enough... try, because the difference in comparison with cane sugar is not so big; in case it's too sweet you can reduce the amount of sugar used for the filling or topping

  • Question... Do you guys allow video responses? Or has just no one uploaded some. No offense, if I followed the steps I'm sure I could cook it, but it'd be great to see how it turns out from someone else before I do.

  • @yosh6278 Often video responses are not relevant to our recipes, that's why you can't find them, but I'm looking forward to see yours if you give a try!

  • wow this channel is amazing i love it now i can cook like an Italian lol.

  • what if you don't have cream at all? is sour cream ok?

  • @reeree625 Do you mean for the stuffing? You can substitute the heavy cream with the same quantity of low-fat yoghurt or, if you want it to be firmer, with Greek yoghurt. For the coating, the sour cream is fine.

  • yummmyyyyyy!!!! :D

  • looks so yummy! :D

  • its so beautiful i want to cry. lol

  • wats the difference between cane sugar and regular sugar?

  • @shanagurl112 Cane sugar is not refined, regular sugar is refined

  • Talented

  • eh? how come the cheesecake is so yellow? isn't it traditionally supposed to be white?

  • @stargirlvictoria must be the custard powder

  • @stargirlvictoria its yellow because of the eggs.when eggs are baked they became yellow.

  • Wow the custard comes off the bowl very clean :o not a lot of waste! how do you do that?

  • OMFG.. that looks amazing mmm lol xD

  • the english is a bit off.

  • @castrosux94 The english is the way its supposed to sound, with no slang, and no curses lol. People aren't used to hearing the way english should be.

  • @sweethindi that's not what i meant at all, the word placement and structure are off. if you look at the description in all of these videos, they say "the italian most famous food website" it should be "the most famous italian food website" get it?

  • Jizzcake xD

  • delicous...

  • jeez why dont I just eat some cream

  • Are you sick? Your voice seems strained in this episode.

  • @soulhunter4444 too much drugs

  • This looks so good!

  • Hi guys, thanks for the recipes, I'd like to ask for the team's attention, could you guys please pass the recipes using metric measurements? Very few countries use imperial (even England, where I live, uses metric), and youtube reaches outside of the United States to more countries than we can possibly name, please use metric and you will be reaching so many more people, everyone will be thankful.

    Thanks for the efforts!

  • This is not the actual team, this a translating team that merely translates the episodes that are posted by the original, Italian speaking team, so I don't know if they'd be able to do so.

However, there are online conversion charts or you can buy one to hang up in your kitchen. (I know how you feel though, Australia uses metric as well but I cook a lot of recipes from American sites that use imperial, in the end, I found it easier just buying a conversion chart to hang up on the fridge.

  • Emmm that looks delicious! i shall try that today :)

  • Looks delicious, but it'd be nice if someone could convert it to metric...

  • @ScreamingTc The metric system is the tool of the devil!!

  • @ScreamingTc look for the italian version, im sure it'll have metric measurements.

  • @ScreamingTc one ounce is approximately 28.3 grams.

  • @ScreamingTc google can

  • @ScreamingTc Or you could stop being lazy and convert it yourself.

  • @ScreamingTc whats metric?

  • This looks delicious!

  • this looks super good

  • omg I love you guys thank you so much for making this

  • First.

  • looks delicious, nam nam :D
