My Airbrush gun blows the paint out of the cup, even when i only press the trigger (and not pull it)... naturally i cleaned it completely, yet the problem persists, i even swapped the nozzle, can anybody help out please?
My airbrush has been spattering every now and then, and just today it stoped spraying my ink completely and would only spray air. So I gave it a good clean, took it all apart and made sure everything was prim and propper. I had the same problem. So I took it apart again. Same problem.
I thought I had broken it, but then I realized the nib to my ink jar was blocked.
@WendysART I have that problem but its not the ink jar, and I was wondering if i can use paint thinner on it because paint dried onto the needle and on the inside of other parts
depends on what type of paint its stuck in there with. soak the gun tip in appropriate solution (alcohol, water, turpentine). should loosen a bit. mine did same thing i soaked in soapy water in cup (whole gun, not sure if that's standard) and tip fell off while i swirled around in cup. the tip is just resting in there, not screwed on or anything so you might (after soaking) wrap tip with cloth and grab with fingers, or pliers on fat base of tip, and wiggle off? careful tip can crack.
Every time I pull the needle out after I have just finished cleaning it, it still has paint build up on it. Seems to never get completely clean and was wondering if there is something im not doing correctly. I have an Iwata revolution bcs and if you have any tips for me then please feel free to help out. Thanks and great vid man.

Remember kiddies, clean out your jar nibs too.

Well mine used to be my Grandma's, and it hasn't been used in over 20 years, so I think it might be a good time for a cleaning lol.
