I cured my 6 year hay fever by eating a healthy diet, taking cod liver oil, and also one important thing was 'green tea'. Google "Green Tea May Fight Allergies".

Anyway, I've been hayfever free for 4 years since I implemented a new diet and supplements.

Try reseraching! google things like probitiocs allergies, green tea allergies, fish oil allergies. Eliminate processed foods and consume vegetables, fruits, nuts and fish. Green tea and symptoms will be greatly dimished. You can check out my blog on nutrition and stuff, just go to my profile
