I, for one, support the Nami x Luffy. (I'm not a fan-boy about it though. I keep it to myself.) Why? Well, because of Nami and her background story. I love her character and development. Her attitude is actually befitting a pirate to a good degree. Then, you consider what Luffy did for her. He got cheated and robbed, but stood up for her and accepted her. That makes for a great love story.

However, it doesn't mean we can't joke around with all this. I still love Nami as a character, and enjoy that she has no interest in men, aside from using them or getting at their money.
