@cutie92104 Yes it does hit your hammies! Also add deadlifts, great for them. If you're training to tone them up more I would suggest doing heavy weight for 8-10 reps, 4 sets.
Can you do the bench thing like just walking up and down because I have been doing that every night and I have not saw any results do you suggest jumping rather than walking
