Yeah I got my hands on this NES music cd of old classics and Gremlins 2 was probably the one that I wanted to hear the most again :D Never really did forget that haunting music from my childhood.

Oh, so you liked the drumming to Contra/ Probotector? I'm working on a new and better version for it (won't be ready in a loooooooong time) and I've thought to keep the drums pretty much the same, just change some fills etc.

And yeah my tempo sucks ASS!!! :D I hate that, but it's what you get when you have never practiced with a metronome.

You did pretty good on the first two songs, Mega men Snake lv was just... mean!!! (good way) Nice blast beats. Contra!!! (my fav. too! ;) I recommend either getting another bass for the kick instead of the double-pedal. Sweet drum rolls in that song! I'd use a lot more and different crashes. I know this is a tribute to Your childhood games, but Contra 4 came out, and they have the best jungle music. (Contra 4 Stage 1 hard mode music) I would just love to see You cover that Great drumming skills!

Hmm, yeah I'm aware of Contra 4, but I live in northern Europe so I'll have to wait a while for it to reach these parts :/

I can try to cover that song from Contra 4, but I would need an mp3- file from somewhere.

About second bass drum, I can't afford that in an long time :D

Snake Man is on my rework- list so you'll be able to hear another cover it in time ;)

Thank you! More Megaman will come later in the future. Some are re-recordings and some are new songs.

Oh yeah and if you do play drums, I can only say that it doesn't require that much to be as good as me! :D You can surely be even better, if you just train daily.

Hahhah, I've actually tried doing so but found out that at least me and the other guitarist were too busy for this project after all, but we are still keeping in touch now and then so maybe later in the future... ;)

All my crashes are a bit powerful, so they tend to eat the frequency. They are good in live and with controlled microphones, but with just the cam corder microphone; abandon all hope :D

Plus, I've managed to break almost every crash that I own, so I'm almost afraid to use them sometimes ;(

But yes, my crash using is a bit too plain simple.

Probotector is an awesome game but so is your music! At the end though I was hoping for the stage clear theme of probotector... Oh well... The Turtles was also great. You got talent dude ;)

Hey thank you!!! You gave an good idea. I could possibly do that stage clear & other songs, I only need to get my hands on their mp3 or some other music format files. Probotector (a.k.a. Contra) 1 and 2 had great music, I've been thinking to do more of that stuff.

Yes, I started to "work" on it yesterday and I got an WAV- file containing stage clear- song of Contra, hehe :)
