Cute..."the baby gained more weight than I did last month". As far as rubbing/holding the baby tummy...I think it´s because it´s not just a flabby big belly, but the pregnant stomach is firm. Glad to hear that hubby will be eating healthier and that you can "feed off each other" as far as motivation is concerned. You look SO pretty, Kristen and still so thin beneath that baby bump! Go to Clean Program not Clean Diet, on google. Dr Junger it's a page with tabs , but go to the resources tab and it drops down and I think it's recipes. I myself printed the whole program, looks good but I am the Raw girl. I myself am starting the Master Cleanse tomorrow.
Awesome video... I'm having WLS next month and i'm on the fencepost. Trying to decide between lapband and gastric bypass. I know everyone says it's a personal choice but for me it's a hard one to make. How did u decide? Also this video is very imformative to me because I was told if we plan on having more kiddos that lapband would be the surgery I'd need to have...Seems you're doing great so makes me wonder... Thank you for your great videos, i'm so proud of u! Glad baby is doin great!!!
