Many people are privately saying it was Cheney and Silverstein who ran the 9-11 attacks.

They say Silverstein did so to earn the big insurance payoffs and Cheney did so to cause huge dollar increases in defense spending and to make America more militaristic.

Congress just voted to spend $400 billion more on the war in Iraq. Without 9-11 that sum would have been $50 billion. So, the defense contractors earned an extra $350 billion because of 9-11.
