I enjoyed this movie quite a bit and I'll be picking up this version soon.

On the topic of slow-motion, I think it works very well with comic-book/graphic novel movie adaptations (especially this one) because it uses it to capture key moments and frames from the original media.

becouse usually the 3rd disc is a digital copy and some of them dont have a 3rd disk instead it has a little paper for activation code to watch on ur psp or ipod

I bought the directors cut Blu Ray from the US but unfortunately when I opened the package (exactly the same as above) I only got 1 disc inside which was the stupid Region Coded Digital Copy, NO BLU RAY !! well pissed off ! bough from Amazon USA so mission to return !

My dad bought the blu-ray, we watched it and after viewing it he wants me to pay him back for it because he HATED it, he thought it was way to drawn out and boring but oh well, I love this movie, so I have no problem paying for it since I was going to buy it anyway next month :D

& it wasn't supposed to be Batman & co, it was supposed to be Charlton Comics characters that hadn't been used in a while. & it was changed because of the fate of the characters, DC didn't want some of them killed off, nothing to do with violence etc.

I don't think I'm gonna be getting the Ultimate Edition. I'm perfectly fine with the Directors Cut. In truth the fact that the Black Freighter was cut into the graphic novel confused me.

Get a Big widescreen HD with 1080p and it will...with blu-ray ofcourse....like me :)....every night at my house is like a night at the movies,without the immature idiots.

i suppose the best way to do it is with a 60 inch, or a projector

2 "recolored" paperbacks.

Actually the Watchmen are based on old Archie comics superheroes like Blue Beetle. also explains why the Owlship is named Archie.

Its the Directors cut, the UK heads and all Uk discs are the Theatrical editions.
