Guys, plane and simple.

1)Get tooth paste.

2)If the area of the disk that is scratched (etc) is visable, add about one nail sized amount of tooth paste on it.

3)With a soft cloath, rub it through the inside circle of the disk to the outside of the disk.

4)When all the tooth paste is gone, instal-play again.

Guys i scracthed my Black Ops really badly and has 48 scratches on it. I used the toothpaste method and my Black Ops is working good as new(; Just rub the toothpaste all over the disc (silver side) with ur finger and leave it for 5-10 mins then rinse it with cold/warm water and dry it off with a lint free cloth.
