  • I love this sound. It´s rough, raw and honest garage rock. No samples just a couple of mic:s and then "count to four". My hobby is to rediscover all those great bands from the 60s that did´nt "broke through". Listen for example to THE ZETTLERS and their versions of "Skinnie Minnie" and "Beautiful Delilah".

    But don´t count to four in the intros. Count to 7!!!! Smart guys. Irresistible f.....g good with a bloody driving beat.

  • Get the new 45 re-release from Ugly Things Magazine-available now on their website.

  • @RummansMichael - yep, it seems it's the 2nd highest price paid for a 'garage' (or as you would have called back then) 45 on e-bay...hope you guys in the band have saved some copies for you...these kind of records are like jewels nowadays, I know, I'm a collector too... :)

  • FUCK YES!!

  • Thanks for posting this. I was the guitar player(on the left). We were still in high school and this was my first record.

    @hesperionz-not the same bands.

  • @RummansMichael ummmm...can you prove it? doesnt matter, man this song hits the spot...filthier, more brutal and lusty than the stones by a million miles...and kinda sums up my situation at the moment, and im 40!!!

  • @RummansMichael - if you are the guitar player ask for royalties : they are selling an original copy of the 45 on e-bay for more than $ 3000 , with 19 bid and 9 hours left... :)

  • @COGENTCOG -Wish I could, but there is no way I know of to receive royalties for the sale of collectibles.

    Perhaps there will be a re-release in the future. Also, look for an upcoming article about the Sloths in Ugly Things magazine.

  • Interresting, seems to be the same band :

    Let's make a research under youtube, impossible to post the link :

    '60s Garage Punk DIRTY SHAMES "Makin' Love" 1966
