Good to see it from the start. I see these vids with people doing full planche, but I'd like to know the kind of training/regiment they went through to get there. Thanks for this.
Hey Im really interested in learning the planche too. Can anyone give me any tips on some general structure I should work on to gradually build up to one?
Another variation you can do is to keep the arms straight in your planche but have your knees tucked in by your chest. First work on straightening your back, and when you can do that work on straightening your legs.
good idea wrapping your wrists,, do you do any wrist strengthing exercises to prepare you for hand balances? how much do they help? do you have a current or old wrist injury?
Decent. But only train with those bent arms if you lack back muscle (thats what i did). I actually got the required shoulder muscle in about a month, but now its my back that is hindering me the most.
Seriously, if you can, do your best to not bend your arms.
thats pretty awesome bro im actually doing that training as we speak. Im also training for human flag poles which have been harder than i thought keep it up and great work
Excellent; thanks for the motivation, keep up the hard work./
