They tied, lost on penalties. La galaxy are in their preseason, so they're playing rookies. Also FC Seoul are one the best asain teams while galaxy is the 9th best in the MLS.

dude mls does suck, one of the worst leages in the world. mls cant even be compared to any of the amricas leages(mexico, brazil, argenitna ect.) it also cant be compared to european leage, and j and k leages are also stronger and more competative, they produce way more talent. for gods sake even africa has better leages than usa.

Well, I don't think you're giving those leagues enough credit. Seoul is one of the top teams there and it's not like they have some slouch for a coach. Mainly, LA is using these pre-season games to try out rookies and new formations.

actually, in 2002 FIFA world cup, they did face each other.
the result of the match was a tie, but korea did miss some VERY big chances.
lee eul young missed a penalty that could've won korea the game.
but that was 2002.
if south korea and usa faced off today, most likely, korea would win.
south korea's 2010 squad is very impressive.
