Hi. Try dancing off-beat to fast tracks like Billy Idol.? " Dancing to the alternate beats " would also be another description of "off-beat".
Have you looked at any of the videos I have pit on youtube ? we have just put a 5 week Beginners Course on Jivenation co uk website.
