Lol he/she is showing what can be done with flex/flash. I really don't like the look of it, but it's nice what can be done :).
Nice vid, but next time use a screen capturing software (fraps or is that only for games??)

not fairly new but it has been used a lot since a little while. It is reaching version 4 now. If you know java or javascript and a little xml, flex is shit easy
