also i feel that most chiropractic care is a fraud and a scam based on my experience as well as many Others
@AnatomicalALIGNMENT Just do yin yoga, it tugs on the bones and can maintain alignment of the body by preventing contracture of tissues that bind the bones. It takes 20-45 min regularly, 3-5x a week depending on age, activity, type of work you do, other activities, e.g if you do other yoga,... that helps, but not the deeper network of tissues, connective tissue requires sustained holds. Check into Paul Grilleys work for details. Paul is brillant!

" straightening of the Lumbar Lordosis , shallow disc bulge at disc L4 L5, loss of water content at L5 S1, which also shows a broad based bilateral shallow Protrusion in contact with the dural sac and a severe encroachment into the Neural foramina pinching the Nerves in that area '
