I would have agreed with the title if Obama had really followed the constitution, Zappa was a strict constitutionalist like Ron Paul, so by that logic of reasoning it should have been titled "Zappa Endorses Ron Paul" and as for the song, just because it has something to do with Uncle Remus and the relevancy of the civil rights movement during the 70s does not make it a song for Obama.
@hihats Obama probobly heard Bobby Brown Goes Down a time or two in the early 80's... He most likely wouldnt know "Penguin in Bondage" or "Plastic People" tho.
@aperfectrain how was Zappa conservative, he compares republicans to dictators in a few of his interviews, and he hated the Republican party. He clearly said once Republicans run things like communists, and they treat democracy as a candy coated dictatorship. He wouldve supported Obama. Because when you support democrats, the country doesnt fall down the shitter. If the republicans would sit back, do what was right, and shit the hell up with their nonsense, things would be a lot better now.
@SephynnXx On one show "crossfire" he claimed that he was a conservative, mainly because he believes there is no excuse possible for changing the first amendment. His main concern was governmental cencorship. And although I think he would have been glad with health care, he was more a libertarian then a socialist. He was a conservative democrat, if anything.
Lawn Jockey is in the song, moron. A prick, yes, but not a racist. I would vote for Alan Keyes in a heartbeat or even Colin Powell. I have dated black women so I don't think you know what you are talking about.
But it's funny tripe-diddy.

Trying to put political endorsements into the mouth of a corpse seems a little fucked up to me.
