Ennio Morricone wrote this melody for C'era una volta in America (Once upon a Time in America) in the late '60s and the name of this melody is "Deborah's Theme. a lot of great artists, espeically Il Divo, often borrow beautiful melodies from old compositions of composers/films and write lyrics to them. =)
