Great workout for abs. I like it because sit-ups bother my neck. Is the 6 min and 39 seconds enough to see a difference in 4 weeks? I doubled it because I wasn't sure.
ok so I changed the way I've been eating about 5 weeks ago and I've lost 13 pounds. I haven't had a good 2 days and my eating showed it with the fast food and candy. Needless to say I gained 2 lbs back. I got really down and then I found your video..I did all 3 of them tonight and I FEEL GREAT...IM BACK ON TRACK!!! Thank you and God Bless you...I have 40 more pounds to go U ARE MY FITNESS BUDDY!
Looking forward to more of your work! I started both of your videos about two weeks ago and more than three days a week, I know, I know, don't say it..., but I am liking the changes so it's all good for now!

@michaeljacksonsweety....I recommend every other day you should see a difference in about 4 weeks with 3 times a week. then again you will need to include clean eating
I am so happy I found this video! Thanks so much for posting it. I was so tired of the boring exercises I was doing, until I was about to give up. Please keep posting, so I can continue to meet my goal. Im very slim, but I would like to see more definition in my body structure. I love your work outs Are you gonna post any more videos.? It seems other Zumba instructors try to make their dances look really good, instead of working really good, like the simple easy to follow choreography.. When I watcheded other videos, I felt like I was spending more time figuring out the move than actually exercising. Great Work :)
@choreoease...not sure about ace or afaa..but the emphasis in that bit of workout it to use the core to support back and the back movement should be minimal...similar to the windmill exercise?
