hanggang ganda lang naman ng commercial ang smart..pero ang sistema nila ay bulok.pagdating sa billing, handling of employees, hotline service etc...wag daanin sa ganda ng commercial, they should keep their clients to keep smart alive.

for the second ad: so where do the messages for the mom go? i mean does he still have his mom's phone? what if that number was assigned to someone else? wouldn't that person get ticked and annoyed and stuff?

or maybe he isn't actually sending them.. maybe he just types it up then erases it. or maybe, he can also be sending it to his old mother's number, even though no one uses it anymore. texting is one way for him to release his emotions, i guess.
