wow! that is amazing! i love orcas, but i live in texas so i have never seen one in the wild :(

wow, my family has a campsite on the island (no cabin, old skool dirty camping :P) and we never see whales, ive only seen em once and they were very far away!

Wow! Do they live there in the summer? Im going on vacation there in the summer, and i really want to see orcas. Im used to humpbacks here in hawaii. :P

we have some here year round but there are more here in the summer. you can take orca whale watching tours from vancouver or even from the gulf islands sometimes in the summer. but seeing them close from shore you have to be very lucky. have fun! gary

Thanks for the info! :) Actually, when I went to Bellhouse Point J-Pod and K-Pod went right by, They didn't swim as close to the land as in your videos though!
