Some of the arrested people were Vlaams Belang members who were protesting peacefully. They were standing on the sidewalk, holding a sign. That's all they did. But many others, had nothing to do with the Vlaams Belang. People came from all over Europe to protest in the European capital, but they were not allowed to do so. All you had to do to get arrested, was wave your countries flag. (in the video, you see a young guy from the Chez republic, being arrested for holding a Chez flag)
