Just a thought, but as far as him being able to hit other Danzig songs I'm pretty sure Billie Joe can hang. I saw GD once and they did a cover of queen that was fucking incredible, sounded as good as Freddie Mercury.

competent... but its really defanged, you know? misfits has to be creepy, or threatening. probably a band gd should lay off of. even if songs like "hybrid" are melodic enough to sit along side the stuff from dookie. actually, if they were gonna cover they should've done a medley of their own "she", with "she" by the misfits (and maybe "she" by the dickies too... but that would be just crazy). then again, don't know if billie joe could hit THOSE danzig notes...

Punk or not Green Day are still more musically & lyrically more talented than The Misfits. A lot of The Misfits songs are just 1-2 minutes long with only 3-4 chords. The Misfits weren't shit when Danzig left.
