  • I lift late around 8pm to 9pm and normally just eat a can of tuna fish when i get home is that good enough? i dont really have time to make much more than that

  • @PittsburghArab if you're simply trying to lean out/lose weight, I suppose it's okay. if you're trying to put on a little bit of muscle, you probably want some type of complex carb (small portion of brown rice or something). you can buy pre-cooked brown rice and microwave it right from the bag if you're pressed for time.
