This song makes me think about the sea and I listen to it each time I'm staring at the horizon. It really is an amazing song, with wonderful lyrics... and what a voice! I've been listening to this song for several years and I'm still trying to figure out what it means.... at least to me. =)

I am a huge fan of Art Garfunkel vocals but I don't think anyone could call Paul Simon's vocals weak.

Art has never been a simple shadow,u can find out that when simon is performing alone,he is so weak without art,but fellows don't see that, why?i really don't know.

I'd have to disagree. Paul Simon has some excellent vocals, with or without Art Garfunkel. I've listened to a lot of his stuff without Art, and he's actually amazing. The two of them were great together, but Simon is still great alone too.

If anything, the length of time that Paul Simon has spent in the music world supports the fact that he has strong vocals.
