One of my favorite quotes from Gerald Celente in the most recent Trends Journal was his description of the Federal Reserve's bail out of the bankers as "one big global financial circle jerk." You find so many entertaining little gems like that laced throughout his research.

People are too invested in the way things are to accept the truth. They have this idea of how their futures will be. They have long term plans and goals in mind that they've dedicated their entire lives to. For some people, that is ALL they have: their dreams. They would rather play makebelieve and DIE than open their eyes and prepare for what's ahead. To them, if they don't pay attention, it won't happen.
