Let's try to be respectful to all students with different nationalities, who try hard to study in the United States. I have met highly intellectual foreign students from very poor countries and lazy students from rich countries. And, sometimes it is the other way around. So, generalization doesn't help. Finding good foreign student friends from all different countries is your choice. You never know: you meet him/her at an unexpected time and place in the future. Invest in your relationships.

Russian students are the rudest and the most arrogant in the US. They always think that they are the boss of the USA.
