wanted to let the OP know when I went ot the wiki link as posted in the comments, this is what I got: "Wikipedia does not have an article with this exact name. Please search for Blogtv) in Wikipedia to check for alternative titles or spellings. "
oddly engouh though, if you hit the "Please search for Blogtv) in Wikipedia" and then the first available "Blogtv" off list, then it brings you to BlogTV, the same address...weirdness!
I don't hear an inner voice. I'm trying to do well where I am so that I can survive... survive the workplace, survive in life. I've given in to the fact that I missed the window of opportunity to be proactive with some of the things I love to do. And it's okay because I'm doing what I am for my family. I can only hope I can help my son to make more solid decisions, overcome his fears and make things happen for himself before he feels he's passed the window. You rock, Lisa. Thanks for being you.
I totally have that happen all the time. I'm at peace with it all and simply surrender. We don't have all the information but we trust anyway that our path is OUR gift.
I was in the BlogTV chat when Lulu was born and it was an interesting time. I've never seen that many people in my friends list online at once and I think they were all in that chat. Cool!
I hope you and all the Awesome Optimists are having a great weekend :-)
Sometimes I wonder if we use our perception to make order out of chaos, or if chaos is ordered on our behalf, shaped according to our will and desires. I believe that each persons present and future, is a nebulous entity that is shaped by thought, action, and inaction, as well. We all come from helpless, humble beginnings to occupy our place in the universe, a place that only we can occupy. A place carved out of the granite of time by the chisel of every captive thought. Happy Birthday Lulu.
"Everything happens as it should"... I was just this aftermorning considering (and being reminded) how I tend to overplan and may have already packed the next couple of months too full, so this is a great reminder that I need to remember to leave room for chance, serendipity and letting things develop. Good luck with your opportunities as they develop.
I keep hearing about this book and I think the universe is trying to tell me..."okay, it's time to read this now!"...hehehe Sounds great! I'm so glad that your inner voice is proving to serve you well. Yeah, life isn't always easy but that doesn't mean that it isn't always exactly where we are supposed to be at any given moment. There is a world of difference between martyrdom and stick-to-it-ness. Great video Lisa. Cheers!
Continued ... Another point that was interesting was that how people were reacting to each other under this kind of gathering, and their characters where interesting. I love blogtv for that since people can't edit their thought, comments, and actions live :-)
Yes, at times I have became amazed how previous disassociated knowledge/experience have become useful in a collective way for me.
Welcome to the world beautiful Lulu; You have added to it's beauty, and congratulation Karen and God Bless.
Yeah, it was quite an awesome experience to be there in hospital with Karen delivering that baby and chatting live. It was a room of 150 people (At one point it was near 370 people there) chatting and supporting Karen. Really quite an experience; Awesome. One of the best moments on BlogTv and no video. ... So true ... it's hard to stick it out in a situation that feels wrong. Looking back on some of the hard times though, I think of how it helped shape who I am today.
that voice you speak of for me affects me when im at work because i find myself in an unfulfilling job," do i really want to be here?" then i realise i need the money so i have to stay but i think in the future i will get my dream job, achieve my goals etc

Have a great weekend Lisa, I enjoyed listening to you from an incredibly hot (non-AC) computer shack off the main promenade in Skiathos town.
Cheers
