Why is your interface different from normal, and how can I change mine to be that way?

Try not to launch both squads at once. And at the beginning of the match ready maybe 2 in a squad and jus spend the rest on another squad. Once the enemy has tightly FC camp you and your area, scramble everything and start loading the rest.

Btw, which program do you use to record? :D
