No he hasn't. The media said he converted, but we all know how much they lied about him. So why would this be different? Listen to Michael talk about his religion and you will see that he was not a muslim. Just weeks before his death he was with his Pastor singing gospel, praying to Jesus. That's right, he wasn't. This story was made up by a tabloid in the UK. It was spread, like all lies about MJ, all over the world but pretty fast after people who were said to have converted him put out statements saying it was all a lie and that Michael never converted. MJ's lawyer called the story "False, BS!" (his words). But there are some who still want to believe this because it fits with their religion so they are trying to make other people believe this lie by doing videos like this.

About his funeral, there are many statements from people who was there at the private ceremony and trust me, there was nothing muslim about it. It was held by a pastor, they sang gospel music and they read from the Bible.
