It's bunny hopping .. a.k.a. crouch jumping ...invented by a Swedish CS team in 2002.

K-jumping (real...k jumping) looks more like what you were doing around 0:53, although it was very poorly done. In order to learn how to K-jump you need to learn how to drag your model around the corner of a wall, scope, fire and draw back before you model becomes exposed. Consider it more of leaning, but mid-air.
