Bro that's a black metal scream for sure. I am pretty convinced that hardcore screams like pantera's aren't using the same technique - I've been trying for years literaly to find it and I just can't yet.

So either it is some other sort of vocal, like shouting vocals with your normal voice really loud, which does give it a more raspy tone, OR it has been high pitched brutal vocals, black metal vocals, like the ones you present in your video.

Any thoughts?

Expand your lungs, push with your stomach, and open your throat. Phil Anselmo also uses his tongue alot to condense his screams (Like "Slaughtered"). It's easy to master once you get the hang of it.
