Ringworm in Cats and Dogs

I got ringworm from my guinea pig.... now my dog I think has ring worm and its probably going to spread through my pets and to my mother and father.

i got a new kitten about a month ago. my mom and i got ringowrm two weeks ago...ive shaved the kitten and now my other cat has it on his face and im giving lyme dips to them both any other options i can do? any easy way to clean the household?
