  • I had a dream last night as I was walking home I looked at the moon and it was white, then I looked at the moon and it started to turn a Bloody red color I was scared and yelled something and woke up.

  • @BlueGaiaWoman I mean sister =) lol much blessings to you.

  • the rapture is a new invention, thought up by looney US christians in the 19 century, it does not even feature in their "magic" book. get over it.

  • hey i encourage u to read The Harbinger

  • i had a dream were on november 27th rapture will occur... what scared me is when urs said july 27th someone please contact me on this matter

  • You look like a teenager and you have kids? And was I the only one that saw what lookec like fireflies or something fly across the screen a few times? And pretty scenery

  • @Haevenn im 26 and i have 3 kids now :)

  • @comeflyintothesky my friend was 25 and had 3 then 4 then 5 then 6 by the time she was 32

  • @commonthread2 im assuming ur talking about my kids :) that's great! Yes we have 3 and lost 2 :( Its been ruff.

  • A pastor told me 'you can't 'clock up' time with God - ie) try to earn your way by being 'good' cos its by His free gift of salvation I'm saved not my own effort. That comment helped lift the pressure of feeling I didn't measure up. As long as we want to follow His teaching, He sees into the heart

  • False Christ Comes First

  • tell the ream already...sheesh...too much beating around the bush.

  • Stay away from deceitful teachings other than the ones mention in the previous message. Remember...that noone is perfect, noone is righteous at least here on this earth; just do your best and be saved! God Bless!!!

  • YESHUA / JESUS is the Only Way to salvation.Congregate to a good church that/who preaches the true gospel of Jesus Christ while you can.Ask God for wisdom and discernment. Here some preaching examples of a real Christian Church: accept Jesus as your Lord and personal saviour; stay away from sin; walk/live in absolute holiness; love one another; do God's will and His commandments and patiently wait for Him and then you will be saved!!!

  • Remember that of all the predictions of the End Times, every single one of them, without exception, has been wrong.

    See you in 2014.

  • PRAYZE JEZUZ HEZ A CUMIN BAK FER US

  • Thanks.... I needed that. I could feel your conviction. I am scared. I feel like I can never measure up to what Jesus wants of me. In my head I think " well I am only a human and I am a sinner so maybe I will be allowed to join him". I don't know. I think I am going crazy. Nice video. God bless you and your family.

  • @shadeofgrey100 PART 1 I feel EXACTLY the same way. I feel like a piece of crap that MAYBE Jesus in His mercy would let me in.... But I do know that there is a difference between false guilt and true conviction by the Holy Spirit. I think that when it's the Holy Spirit you will feel convicted but joyous through the change/repentance that He's leading you in. You will know you are loved.

  • @shadeofgrey100 PART 2 As for false guilt - it makes you feel like a filthy worm with NO HOPE. Jesus is our hope! If you are truly living in sin you will know. I believe God doesn't expect us to be perfect at the time of the rapture, but living in obedience with a surrendered heart. Remember it's a step by step walk! Our works don't save us, it's the blood of Jesus. When you feel false guilt and like crap - remember YOU'RE NOT! We are joint heirs with Christ! Dearly loved.

  • @comeflyintothesky I agree..good answer young lady..haha

  • @shadeofgrey100 I just want you to know that no one measures up to what Jesus wants. That's why He died on the cross for our sins. All we have to do is believe in Him and receive His gift of salvation. Just say, Lord, I am a sinner..forgive my sins...I believe in You...come into my heart today. It's not the "good" that we do that saves us...it's God's grace and love for us that saves us. All we have to do is say...Yes Lord...I believe in You.

  • @shadeofgrey100 Hey..if your not saved you can say this Prayer and you will live with Jesus in Heaven and be taken up in the Rapture...say Lord Jesus Christ..I'm a sinner and I ask you to forgive me of my sins...come into my Heart and SAVE me today...and he will save you and your a child of God...now your still going to sin because were still sinners...but what you need to do is Pray and when you pray repent of your sins...see when we get saved we don't go through life not sinning anymore

  • @saintstrawman very true. at the same time we were given the Holy Spirit, the Spirit gives revelation - through the Word and also by other means. But yes there are other spirits out there as well. Always pray for discernment.

  • You will die disheartened and disappointed if you truly believe that Jesus will return in your lifetime.

  • Remember Harold Camping.

  • @k0smon i sure do... never followed the guy.

  • God is calling you to tell his childern He is coming.

  • @WEBDREAMSS thank you for encouraging me.

  • God gives me specific warnings in dreams, usually related to tornadoes (impending demonic attacks, usually) and actually spoke a rebuke against the last one I had! How cool is that? But it's like you say, I could feel my thoughts and emotions in the dream. Entirely too vivid.

  • Thanks for having the guts to post this. I go to a mildly obvious, but greatly effective (semi) pentecostal cowboy church. Most are saying the same thing. In fact our pastor, Jason, said that since is Jesus is riding a white horse during his return, that he thinks he's already in the stall getting the tack and saddle ready.

  • Feelings and dreamsare notoriously unreliable,we as followersof the God of the universe must learn to read the bible forourselves and not keep takingpeoples word for it.Revelation is abook thatspeaks of judgements coming"soon"and that are "near" and "will soon take place".This is not speaking of 2000years hense forth, but of soon coming judgement upon an apostate bride. This was a coming judgement that came to pass upon apostate Isreal in a 1st century contex in 70 AD. Read "The Apocolypse Code".

  • I believe all Christians will be here until the the last of the 7 trumpets of Tribulation. I believe when the earth is reaped as detailed in Revelation between the last trumpet and 1st vial...is the rapture, the reaping off the Saints off the earth. As the Vials are called the wrath of God being poured out, and we are not appointed to wrath. Even so, based on other scriptures, I am torn between pre-wrath and post trib. I am not pre trib and I think we need to be prepared to endure.

  • wow this girl is cute

  • Jesus is the way to Heaven. Just believe He died for your sins, And God rose Him from the dead and only thru Jesus we can enter Heaven. It's quite simple.

  • @themanningsjdsjjj he take us for like 10,000 years. He destroyies earth then remakes is and we all go there

  • Isaiah 52: 10 The LORD hath made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God. 11 Depart ye, depart ye, go ye out from thence, touch no unclean thing; go ye out of the midst of her; be ye clean, that bear the vessels of the LORD. 12 For ye shall not go out with haste, nor go by flight: for the LORD will go before you; and the God of Israel will be your reward.

  • Please read Isaiah 11, 51 and 52.

There will not be a "rapture" as everyone thinks of it. Christ is coming here to rule.

The meek inherit the earth. There will be a 2nd Exodus. There greatest event the world has ever seen.

  • @themanningsjdsjjj Isaiah 17:19-20: But your dead will live; their bodies will rise, You who dwell in the dust, wake up and shout for joy. Your dew is like the dew of the morning; the earth will give birth to her dead (this is at the rapture). 20 Go, my people, enter your rooms and shut the doors behind you; hide yourselves for a little while until his wrath has passed by (this is being in Heaven during the tribulation).

  • This dream was really interesting correction this VISION was really interesting, some were in the bible it says that Jesus said no one knows when the rapture would start not even the son of man only God knows when. All we just know is that the Rapture is coming soon! Halleujah let us worship Jesus and God at home and here! ~God Bless you all~

  • One of the worst parts about being in hell is that a soul has to remember ALL of the times he/she had someone try to tell them about Jesus and that soul didn't listen. Luke 20:9-18

  • Sure my friend, Repent from EVERYTHING UNHOLY in the Eyes of GOD! No more lies, no more stealing, no more hating one another (I don't care what they have done to you. You must forgive them), no more adultery, no more silly, weak divorces, no more idol worshiping (sports, celebs, buhda, "ali" muslims, cars, moneys ect), NO MORE ABORTIONS. It is murder..PERIOD. Just stop it all together and let The Holy Spirit God gave us guide and lead you in life. You DO NOT want to miss Heaven

  • IN JESUS NAME, REPENT SINNERS. EXCEPT JESUS AS YOUR SAVIOR AND LORD. OR YOUTUBE YOUR ETERNAL HOME...HELL

  • @lharmon4 Maybe you could be more clear of what you are telling everyone to repent of.....

  • @comeflyintothesky of not having been with Christ. repent of having been following satan. thats why Jesus said "do not love the world or anythign in it" all entertainment is from satan. movies, music, games, sports, all of it its there to push you away from wanting to be w\ith Christ

  • @comeflyintothesky uuuuh, most likely iharmon4 is talking about sin. =) Just a guess, but I think it's a pretty educated guess.

  • @TheSmoonge yah i kinda think he ment sin... but he really confused me with the 'youtube'/'hell' thing thrown in. ???

  • A fucking 'rapture' dream. If it were real, you wouldn't have to rely on your subconscious, or a ridiculous bible.

  • @thalohalo wow, thanks alot. You are real inspiring...... so you diss me but dont tell us what 'truth' really is. That's very shallow.

  • @comeflyintothesky I didn't come to inspire you, only to mock and admonish you. I have heard talk of the rapture and tribulation since I was born. Frightening accounts about the devil stamping 666 on your hand. Fantastical stories of trumpets and rescuing angels. But no matter which story, it was always told by the same desperate simpletons who really had nothing else to look forward to, and had no business dragging children into their fantasy. And that's the 'truth'. Well...pleasant dreams.

  • @thalohalo u 2

  • @thalohalo I can't figure out why you are on this video bashing her. If you don't believe in the rapture or Jesus than that is your choice. Her video is to up-lift & give comfort to those who are waiting for Jesus' return. You obviously aren't expecting him to come. So why do you care what she has to say? Unless you really are hurting inside & that is why you are lashing out. Maybe God is pulling you to seek him & this is why you came here. Praying that your eyes & heart will open to Christ.

  • @jmolynn2 I would be desperate indeed if I was hurting and had to appeal to the non-existent for a solution. I am none of the above. But when I was an ignorant hick, that is what I did. Yes, I was a christian once--no more. And I already said why I made the comment. Perhaps you were on your knees, hands clasped in prayer with your eyes shut...and you missed it?

  • @thalohalo It's interesting that you mention that you were a Christian but no more. How old were you when you were a "Christian" & how old when you decided that it wasn't for you? I am just curious. I checked out your channel & you are a very gifted artist. It is amazing the gifts God gave you. Not everyone is as talented as you are. Yes, I do pray that is true.I know the rapture has not happened yet. When it happens will you re-evaluate your belief in Jesus Christ? He loves you!! Blessings.

  • @jmolynn2 I appreciate the compliment...but I believe I deserve all the credit. Any talents you saw on my channel are from years of simple practice, not some cosmic 'gift'. And none of those years was spent in a church.

  • @thalohalo my life is not the regular church goers life. Ive been kicked out of a church because I disagreed with their teaching and man made religion. Im not saying you have to believe - im just saying that i am not influenced by a church. I havent been to one in years. The dreams ive had have been after years outside of church. And if you think i think i have a cosmic gift -- i don't. It's only up to God when He gives em to me - it's not like ive done something to merit them.

  • @comeflyintothesky Huh? I never said you had a gift, from god or otherwise. Maybe you can do something impressive, I dunno. But it sure isn't dream interpretation. I am impressed you got kicked out of a church, though. And you haven't been back--more points. And "man-made religion"? We're almost speakin' the same language here.

  • sounds like the day salvation will end..God will close the door and we will all be stuck in what we chose..peace

  • *6 months lata*....

  • @TrowaBarton11 I was not given a date/time frame... I was just given the message. Does this mean 2 months? 2 years? I wont try guessing... even if it was a guarenteed 5 years that is CRAZY soon... and most people arent ready.

  • riiiight....then what exactly does, "There is no time left" mean @comeflyintothesky ??? o_O?

  • @TrowaBarton11 Means proabaly in comparison to the history of man on the earth 'There is no time left'... But your best place to go for the answer to your question is to God... [Not trying to cop out but I am human and can interpret things wrong -- but the phrase 'no time left' was the actual phrase in the dream]

  • Happy Trolling @comeflyintothesky

  • I was talking with my foster sister (her husband is a baptist pastor) over the holidays about end times. The issue: Most pastors/ministers preach pre-tribulation view to not scare the flock away. My question: Is why? How many saints of the bible avoided trials and tribulation? Not many. It doesn't make sense empty out (rapture) church leaders and members when they will be needed most by the lost!

My vision: God will fill up your half empty church parking lots to overflow capacity soon.

  • Jesus is not God, he is the son of God and yes he is coming soon!!!

  • We're going home soon! Hope to see you there. :)

  • Please sister stop going along with this Pre-Trib lie it is deception straight from the Devil himself, there will be a false rapture and it will cause many to fall away if we can not open their eyes before it is too late. If we are not here for the Tribulation than why are we given the book of Revelations and why does Matthew 24 tell us that Jesus returns only at the end of the tribulation. We will be protected from the worst of the worst as was Noah, Lot and Shadrach, Meshach and Abednigo...

  • @MrRevelationtv Please read the word for what it says and not what we have been taught to see and understand as we have all been deceived by those who wanted more money. May Father bless and protect you and yours, in Christ's love Brother D.

  • @MrRevelationtv Although there are some who believe that the rapture will occur at the 7th trumpet, no one really knows. After the rapture, there will be people who will realize that Jesus is the Messiah and will be reading those books. Jesus because God warns us all, does not mean we will all be here for the tribulation. The Jews will not be raptured because they do not believe in Jesus Christ. But God will fulfill His covenant with Abraham.

  • @NONEshallPERISH I can tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt that there is NO rapture at all ever. When Jesus returns we go to meet him in the clouds and come back here to rule and reign with him for 1000 years. May God bless and protect you and yours, in Christ's love Brother D.

  • @MrRevelationtv Rapture means to be called up. No one knows if it is before, during or after the tribulation. It could very well be a second before the Lord returns in His glory, but Revelations speaks about those who washed their robes with the blood of the Lamb. They came out of the tribulation. That can't be all of us! So I do believe there is a rapture.

  • Please Lord let it be soon.

  • God is within you. He is within all of us.

  • I've had a rapturedream even though I'm an atheist , strange isn't it ? ..........

  • @Xmuxxue Did you stay or go??

  • @starbehindclosedoor Yes, that is strange, has it made rethink your beliefs?

  • has it made me rethink my beliefs ? to the point that I'm atleast open to the thought that god may exist , you could call me an agnoctic atheist in that sence.

  • @Xmuxxue Well, I would encourage you to do some research. I won't preach to you because I understand that, that can be not taken well. Search and think for yourself. God is trying to give you a sign. The book of revelations is being fulfilled word for word right now. Time is running low. I will lift you up in prayer my friend that you will find what you are looking for,,,,,, If you have any questions please feel free to ask me, Take care.

  • @starbehindclosedoor

If I were god I would kind of give my children more then 2 rapturedreams. and spread them out, instead of both of them happening when mr harold camping made me think about it ..

  • @starbehindclosedoor

I respect your beliefs , but trust me , I would go insane , get a psycosis, and think I was the antichrist if I dig to deep in christianity. that happened about 3 years ago...

  • @Xmuxxue I hope you are not an atheist and felt the presence of God

  • What happened to me was truly wicked and almost unreal , if it was god or not , that remain unknown.

  • Friends, it is now 11:20PM on the Clock of the Four Night Watches (10PM - 6AM), the Lord's eight-hour prophetic clock for the end times. Jesus said His bride would be received by Him at MIDNIGHT (Matthew 25:6), which occurs at the end of the First Watch. In 2010, Jesus showed me His "Measure of Days," which places the end of the First Watch in the Spring of 2012, and the fulfillment of Revelation 19:15 in September, 2016. This is all documented at my website. Jesus bless you!

  • Ok, Im going to try to make this as simple as possible. When you spend your time thinking about or focusing on one thing, dont be surprised if you dream about it. It doesnt make the dream "prophetic". Over 20 years ago I had a dream of Christ returning with an Aztec sun in the sky. Well anyway.. ya still here.

  • @ambigroove I think this is a very obvious that what you think about during the day could impact what you dream about. Im kinda annoyed at the people who think im stupid and don't consider this point. Im not a spiritual fruitcake who overspiritualizes everything. I know this dream was not an ordinary dream. And I wouldn't throw away your aztec dream either - just cause it's been 20 years doesn't mean it wont come to pass. Above all - let's be ready for His return at any time.

  • @comeflyintothesky Sorry, its just that over the years I have seen so many false prophecies and stuff from Christians. It really annoys me. I don't mean any disrespect when i say this and im not applying it to you, but i think Christianity has whole sometimes suffers from mass hysteria. Also, they underestimate the power of the human mind and imagination and what it can create.

Jesus said he was comming "Soon" 2000 years ago so, while i keep an eye on prophecy, i dont worry about it.

  • @comeflyintothesky Not sure why we assume his return is literal and not symbolic. Maybe his return happens to a soul on a personal level.

  • @ambigroove that is an interesting view. Ive never thought of that before. I do believe that Jesus is 'literally' coming back. I kinda think it is 'literal' and yet personal at the same time - just as we are personally saved by Jesus.... just thinking it over again... yes i do think it's both. Thank you for commenting :)

  • @comeflyintothesky well said.

  • @ambigroove Whats wrong with you? Trying to be like every other loser on youtube that denies the truth.

  • @ariana7474 What have i done to offend you in the form of life?

  • @ambigroove wow your Astec sun in the sky might just relate to timing...and has something to do with Nibiru, the "sun" which the astecs predicted....there sure seems to be no more time.

By the way you sound like you need to spend a bit more time thinking about or focusing on one thing...like Jesus

  • @akiazure I think about Jesus a lot. I'm just not a fundie :)

  • @ambigroove I checked the word, fundie....I like it :)

  • The only thing I have to say to unbelievers who keep denying Christ's return is this. 2 Peter 3:3 Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, They will say, "What happened to the promise that Jesus is coming again? From before the times of our ancestors, everything has remained the same since the world was first created."

  • thank you for posting this, I had the same vision about everyone being frozen except those who were saved, I had this dream in 2005, the crazy thing is that you had the same dream ON MY BIRTHDAY July 27th.... God is good in confirming to me what I saw in 2005 was true... God bless you!

  • i had a dream lil wayne and i were buddies and skated together

  • you are very sweet, God bless you

  • just to encourage you all, I've been having end time dreams aswell, not the rapture, but hearing the news of politicians agreeing to form a new one world system, and the face of the anti-christ after. In the dream i remembered i was still young and also other dreams of monitoring the harvest of fruits rippening soon, the harvest which is us, the best fruits will be taken up by him, also i had these dreams this last summer season aswell, God bless

  • From one Christian to all of you. There is no such thing as the rapture At all. Your not going any where. There is no mention of a rapture in the bible. It would be very plainly written if there was one. Thats a pretty major event. I dont get why people believe in it? It's just something the church falsely teaches.

  • I believe it also. We don't have much time left to share the message of salvation of Jesus Christ. To a sick and dieing world. Jesus Loves You. May God richly bless you and your family. Your video will be used by God to reach many souls world wide for the Glory of God.

  • Will you please pray over me. I have been blinded by the sin of man, and I am worthy of God's wrath. I'm a fallen minister, but one who has met Yeshua.

He has given me the name of Aliel. But my birth name is Ricky.

  • "We are going home soon." ? You don't want your kids to have a life here on Earth? Is this world really so terrible? Why did your god create it then? How can people worship such an evil deity? Seems such a waste of life.

    It saddens me.

  • @Nygaard2 If that is your opinion - then why are you wasting your life watching this video. Just think about it.

  • @comeflyintothesky I care about people. And I especially care about children - since they are the reason we exist (in my opinion). So I don't feel this is a waste of time, if in the end of a discussion you (and other christians) would let your kids appriciate the wonderful world we live in, instead of craving some sort of fantastic afterlife. There's lots of good things in christianity, but the longing for the apocalypse is not one of them.

  • @Nygaard2 You are sooooo wrong! The return of Jesus and our Lord taking us to Heaven with Him is the most beutiful hope and longing in the whole world! Give yourself to Jesus and hop on board! You came to this site for a reason ,you are searching and this world has Nothing to offer you but Jesus has everything to offer you!

  • @nicklovesjesus1 I just don't find it tempting to be sitting "on board with Jesus" while other good people burn and die or are tormented in hell for eternity because they believed in the wrong god. All the while, murderers and rapist are merrily enjoying heaving because they "found Jesus" in prison before they died.

I don't get how you can worship something so evil as that?

Perhaps I came to this site to save you from wasting your life with evil superstitions! :)

  • @Nygaard2 So you believe that certain actions should NEVER be forgiven even if there is a conversion and they pay their price for there sin (jail etc.) on earth ?

  • @nicklovesjesus1 Oh, no, no - I certainly believe in forgiveness. What I fail to see, is why someone who has done no other crime than not believing in a desert god should be punished for eternity, while someone who has murdered and raped for a living will be forgiven if he just choose to believe (sincerely, of course) in Jesus.

  • @Nygaard2 Because my friend God puts it in every mans heart and mind the ability to know that Jesus is the one true God the Way the Truth the Light and they rejected what was in their heart in order to worship their false god.

  • @nicklovesjesus1 Oh, gotcha. I'm all with you then. No need for religion to tell us about how to live or how to judge others - we'll leave that to be a personal thing between each individual and god (which-ever version turns out to be the real one). That actually makes much more sense. Of course an omnipotent and omniscient god wouldn't need us to go about constantly worshipping him and giving money to his priests. You know - I could respect that kind of belief - the "religion-free" version.

  • @Nygaard2 He does desire us to worship Him freely and seek a relationship with Him. Jesus loves you and just wants you to love Him with all your heart.

  • @nicklovesjesus1 Oh, he wants us to worship him... Hm... then he needs to do something to deserve it. Love, sure I'll love unconditionally, but worship... no way, I don't worship people (or gods) unless they deserve it. And someone as murdering as the little desert god hasn't exactly been good in any objective sense of the word.

  • @Nygaard2 A reason to deserve it ? How about He created you and gave you every breath you take? Thats not enough? You can have the last word now, I will pray for you though...

  • @nicklovesjesus1 How's that a reason for worship? Do you worship your parents? While you pray, I'll wish you a happy life. :)

  • @comeflyintothesky by the sound of Nygaard2's questions, it would appear to me that she has never studied the scriptures for the answers; so we can only pray that he/she comes to understanding.... in the Name of Yeshua, Amen.

  • @FederationAdmiral I totally understand. Im just always amazed at how many people complain on other's videos... if you think the religion/idea is crazy, why do they waste their time watching it? Wouldn't you rather watch something you enjoy? I dunno.

  • @comeflyintothesky :) I like talking about religion. Unlike some (religious) people, learning about how other people believe isn't a problem for me.

And besides, if just one religious person pass by this video, reads my comments and start to think for himself, then I'll be happy. I like the thought of making people think instead of believing.

  • @FederationAdmiral Right... Because if I had studied the scriptures I would have found answers?

The best way to become an atheist is to study the scriptures with an open mind, my friend.

  • @Nygaard2 1. Yes. 2. If you seriously study with an OPEN mind, then you are surely to end up believing ANYTHING BUT Atheism! Because there are so many different things the Bible talks about, if you're not looking for eternal life (that would be sad.... beyond your wildest nightmares/whatnot) then there are plethora of other information regarding archeology, natural laws, wisdom, records, etc. But, you get what you want in this life! The saying is alot more true than people realize! God Bless!

  • @FederationAdmiral 1. We'll have to disagree on that one. 2. The bible is an interesting piece of historical literature, but it's hardly the place to go for information about natural laws, records, or archeology. Wisdom, sure, some, if you pick and choose, and disregard all the misleading moral traps in there.

And just out of curiosity - which god is blessing me? Because you know, there are so many versions, even of the one in the bible.

  • @Nygaard2 Again, as is apparent by your answer to # 2 - I will not be able to help you much more because it seems you are very much misinformed/don't know about many many things in the bible (some of which you mentioned). Heck, I read the Bible twice - from cover to cover, all I got was that there was God & I needed to make sure I was 'clean'. But a good year or so ago, with the help of other brothers/sisters, I realized how I totally missed oh-so-obvious references!

  • @FederationAdmiral ooh... please give me some examples of what I've misunderstood, please. You see, I teach Christianity to kids, so I'd be very interested in correcting any mistakes I might have made. I certainly don't want to spread misinformation.

What oh-so-obvious references had you missed, for instance?

  • @Nygaard2 a plethora, & one of the things you have missed - is that the Bible says 'Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.' (Matthew 7:7). There is no need for further explanation, as the Bible holds true to its word. Don't believe it? Watch prophecy unfold, and witness the events of the Almighty that are soon (next couple months/years kind of soon) come to pass.

  • @FederationAdmiral One of the things I missed is that the bible tells me to seek? OK... Seems to me I'm seeking much more than most christians, who apparently know the truth in detail.

But alright... I'll sit back and watch how the prophecy unfolds.

Let's just assume you are wrong - when would you admit that? In 10 years? 20? 100? Or would you keep making excuses for why the world hasn't ended yet? People have been doing that for 2000+ years, you know. Who said "The Wandering Jew"?

  • @Nygaard2 when would I admit it? YOU should know, if you know MORE than the average Christian (hint hint).

  • @FederationAdmiral I should know when YOU would admit would stop believing the rapture is right around the corner?

I was trying to explain to you that people have been expecting the end of the world (not the rapture - that's a relatively new concept) for thousands of years. And people have seen signs and had dreams about it for just as long... But it never seems to happen.

And yes, I do know more than the average Christian about the bible, that's one of the problems.

  • @Nygaard2 If you know about the Bible as much as you say you do, then you would seen the verse that describes people like you in the last days who would deny Christ's return and would say eveything is as it's always been.

  • @osimeon00 Ah, that one had slipped my mind, but you are right - it sort of proofs that people from only decades after Jesus died asked that very question. So the authors of Peter had to adress it.

If you want to play bible quotes, how about this one: Matthew 16:28 'Verily I say unto you, There be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom.'

So is the "wandering jew" something you believe in?

  • @Nygaard2 2 Peter 3:3 Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, They will say, "What happened to the promise that Jesus is coming again? From before the times of our ancestors, everything has remained the same since the world was first created."

  • @Nygaard2 expecting, believing, etc. are quite different from 'knowing'. Sure, everyone is always (or is supposed) to expect Jesus's return, as it says to do so in the Bible; however, did Jesus not say the SIGNS that would precede HIS return? I'll tell 'it' to you bluntly - prophecy, & the fulfillment thereof, THAT is what I meant when I said YOU KNOW. And YOU KNOW (of the prophecies) if YOU are telling me the TRUTH about yourself. (And yes, Peter 3:3 etc. as a brother/sister pointed out.)

  • @FederationAdmiral I'm not sure I understand your point(s). But if you are saying that all christians are doing is "believing" and/or "expecting", that's all fine and good. But they pretend to know, and they teach kids the stuff as if it's the truth and not just something they believe.

As for signs predicted in the bible, sure those we could discuss - they are always interpretations, never proof.

Anyway, let me know if I misunderstood you.

  • @Nygaard2 ... I will leave you with one thought, Romans 2:1 "You... have no excuse" before The Most High. Don't believe the Bible? That's all fine and good, but remember, you will have NO EXCUSE "if" He does end up 'existing'.

  • @FederationAdmiral I'll take my chances. :) And so will you of course, since it's just as likely that you are wrong about which god to venerate. Imagine if its another god that turns out to exist... Just look at how mad gods get when you worship their competition.

I'm better off than you, as a matter of fact, since I'm not picking sides, so any fair god would have to judge me on my own merits.

But good luck with your life, and remember to be good, despite what it says in the bible.

  • @Nygaard2 Hi :) I just want to let you on something. The thing is God created all things for Him. We were created for Him by Him. He didn't create us for ourselves. Don't be deceived by the devil. He hates you. Jesus died so that we can be with the Father who loves you. If you take a second think about it. We are made from the dust on the ground. God loves us so much that He sent Jesus to die so we can live with Him. We are spirits under this flesh that you see. All spirits live forever. But...

  • @Nygaard2 Only those who accept Jesus as Lord and repent will spend Eternity with God and Jesus Christ in peace. Adam brought death into the world, but Jesus brought life! Hell was intended only for the satan and His demons, but if you follow them instead of Jesus, then you will suffer the same fate. God doesn't want His creation to perish. He made us in His image, meaning He made us too look like Him. We have two arms, eyes legs etc. We are creatures in His image. Ask Jesus into your heart :))

  • @kako191919 I don't want to spend an eternity while other suffers just because they didn't believe in the right god, or that they didn't repent for sins that they didn't commit. And if god created us for him, then what's the point? That makes to nothing but play-things for a desert deity that seems concerned with us worshipping him, than with running the universe.

Ask reason into your heart and you will see that all good comes from people, not gods. :)

  • @Nygaard2 The purpose of life is to please the one who gives it. We weren't made for anything else. We were made by Him for Him. We were made to need Him. This life would be pointless without Him. God created us out of love. He created us for His glory. Its not for ours. And every one has sinned. Religion won't save anybody, Its accepting Jesus as Lord and Savior to save you and pray that He forgive you for all your sins. Jesus loves you sooooooo much! He doesn't want anyone to perish in hell.

  • @kako191919 My dear internet friend, please look at what you are saying: why should we have any respect for a selfish god who creates us with no purpose but to worship him? To need him? That makes god seem like a needy teenager.

And on the subject of sin: if we have all sinned, and "size" of the sin doesn't matter, but it can all be forgiven by god, then it's completely pointless as a concept. Worse, it's completely counter productive.

  • @Nygaard2 This life is short, 80 to 100 years compared to eternity is like a blink of an eye. Jesus died so that We can be brought back to the one who made us. Everyone has sinned. There no such thing as a small sin big sin, all have sinned and fallen short and need Jesus Christ. The world sees things as theres no freedom in Jesus, but the TRUE freedom is in Jesus. Freedom from sin. I tell you this bro or sis, this because God wants you home with Him. He loves you more than you could even think

  • @kako191919 You can't force people to be free, my friend. And could you please explain how freedom from sin has anything to do with freedom of choice?

Seems to me you are making christianity into a one-party communist organization: you are free to vote, but you have 1 candidate for 1 party, and you will get punished if you don't vote for him.

It seems to me, your little desert god is the invention of patriarchal desert tribesmen who needed disciplin more than freedom.

  • @Nygaard2 there is only one God. Its very simple, accept Jesus in your heart, confess with your mouth. Ask the Holy Spirit to come in and guide you according to the Will of the Father and to keep you from Evil. Tell Jesus to un-harden your heart. Jesus is so loving and caring and GREAT! I promise you that God is there no matter what those thoughts say. The devil is trying to deceive you because he hates you. Jesus Christ wants you home. You do not know when you are going to die. God bless you...
