Let`s suppose for a moment that it is true. And that a fat person was not approached..Indeed that`d be due to beliefs.Realistically yes,let`s say she/he was not attractive..BUT!: I APPROACHED myself ,then I LOVED myself as if my best friend and even more..I turned it around that way and IT WORKED.I lost weight magically, not even on a diet,just started magically doing the right things.

AT THE SAME TIME though one can practise loving and advising and coaching one self as if that was someone else.Then courage comes again and progress and transformation and indeed it is a loving experience and not hard at all!!!
