Speeding some (or in extreme cases all) of your footage in a video is a very good way to edit out boring or unnecessary parts of a video (e.g. if you keep dying at the exact same point of a game many times. You may also want to consider using external music during speed-up sections as I and others do, but that's only out of personal preference and entirely your choice. Good job. More LPers need to learn to edit their videos IMO
I was thinking either inserting footage or music (both?) would be next to experiment with, since I wish to get the common editing techniques learned and use them for future LPs: adding text, footage, and music/sound in the middle of LP videos being my next set of priorities. Its relatively simple to stick something in the beginning or end, but not so simple to stick something in the middle of a video...
