ppl just think its abt eating healthy & working out & being educated about nutrition. maybe 2 an extent & in some cases but people dont overeat 4 no reason. if ur obese or overweight & u overeat its likely bc of an emotional issue and every1 wants 2 blame the kids and the parents 4 bad habits wen they should b focusing on the emotional triggers & enviornmental factors that r causing this generation so much stress that were overeating & fix that. theyre trying to fix the symptom but not the cause
