@Joefromgeorgia No, I'm in standard tuning (EADGBE), and the only effects I'm using are what my tube amp gives me... a bit of reverb and some crunch...

First of all you are meant to tune down 2 steps and move everything up 2 frets.

It sounds much closer to the record and then you can play open chords as well.

Also the intro is wrong - The 4th slide is meant to go to the 5th fret.
